N.B. This RAS Weekender will be a limited number participation event – minimum 15 to a maximum of 30 participants on a first come first served basis. 

Priority for RAS Members on or before Tuesday 19^th March 2013.

Since this is strictly a limited participation event, our 48-hour cancellation policy applies.  Anyone cancelling less than 48 hours before the event, will be required to pay the fee.  48 hours = 8.30am, Thursday 21^st March.
