Spencer Dodington – long-term RAS governing Council member and current President – and Michelle Morkel – special events coordinator and RAS webmaster – will depart Shanghai at the end of April.
After nearly 22 years in Shanghai, Spencer is returning to the USA. Michelle has lived six years in Shanghai. From her new home in Hong Kong, she will continue her volunteer service as webmaster.
What better way to say goodbye and thank-you than to gather on Cotton’s patio for a springtime party!
